All questions & answers

Everything you need to know about valuations, site inspections, dismantling, collection, and payment.

What equipment do you buy?

We buy used commercial kitchen equipment: chillers and freezers, ovens, fryers, grills, ice machines, dishwashers, exhaust hoods, coffee machines, display cabinets, and stainless steel tables, sinks and shelving. Not sure about an item? Send a photo.

Do you buy broken or old equipment?

Non-working or older equipment is assessed on this basis: No; we buy working commercial equipment only. Tell us what is wrong and send photos, and we will say whether we can make an offer.

How is my price decided?

We look at brand, age, condition, whether it works, size and current demand. We usually need photos, and sometimes a look on site. Read our valuation guide on how we value used kitchen equipment for the full breakdown.

How fast can you quote and collect?

We reply 24 hours. Collection usually takes within 1 to 3 working days, depending on the job. If you have a lease handover date, tell us and we plan around it.

Do you dismantle and remove everything?

Dismantling and removal policy: Yes, dismantling and removal are free. Tell us if items are upper-floor, built-in, or need gas and electrical disconnection by a licensed technician before our team arrives.

How and when do I get paid?

We pay by PayNow, bank transfer, or cash on collection. Everything is agreed in writing before collection starts.

Do I need to be there on collection day?

Someone authorised should give access and confirm which items are leaving. Please let us know ahead of time if loading bay access or lift padding must be booked through building management.

What if my equipment is leased or financed?

Only the legal owner can sell the equipment. If any unit is leased, on hire-purchase, or has finance outstanding, check with the lessor or lender first.

Which parts of Singapore do you cover?

We cover Singapore across Singapore, including shopping malls, shophouses, industrial food factories, hotels, and central kitchens.

How is my personal data handled?

We use your contact details and photos only to reply to your quote request and arrange collection. Our privacy policy explains how long we retain records and how to ask us to delete them.
