For residential sellers, our policy on home kitchen items is strictly: We prefer commercial kitchen equipment; residential appliances assessed on request. If your items qualify under this policy, send photos for a reply within 24 hours and payment via PayNow, bank transfer, or cash on collection.
What home kitchen items do you accept vs decline?
We only consider residential items that match our confirmed policy (We prefer commercial kitchen equipment; residential appliances assessed on request), such as prosumer espresso setups or freestanding stainless units that have secondary market demand.
Built-in carpentry cabinets laminated to HDB or condominium walls are custom-fitted to one apartment floor plan and usually cannot be removed intact or resold safely.
If you are a home-based baker, private dining chef, or coffee enthusiast selling commercial-grade countertop ovens, planetary mixers, two-group espresso machines, or freestanding stainless prep tables, those can be assessed just like commercial F&B gear.
What should I do if my built-in home cabinets do not qualify?
If your renovation contractor is hacking built-in wooden kitchen cabinetry, ask them to include disposal in your renovation contract or list usable standalone appliances on peer-to-peer marketplaces.
We believe in being upfront so homeowners do not waste time waiting on a quote for built-in carpentry we cannot buy.
